All quotations are valid for 7 days unless otherwise stated. Prices may vary depending on site conditions, depth of borehole, equipment condition, and additional materials required during the work.
Clients must ensure safe and reasonable access to the work area. Borehole Sure is not responsible for delays or additional costs caused by inaccessible installations, unsafe environments, or hidden site complications.
All pumps, filtration units, tanks, and components supplied remain the responsibility of the manufacturer’s warranty where applicable. Borehole Sure guarantees professional installation and workmanship.
We guarantee the quality of our installation and repair workmanship. This does not cover damage caused by electrical faults, power surges, dry running pumps, poor water quality, or misuse after installation.
Borehole systems operate underground and may present unknown conditions. In cases where pumps are stuck, pipes collapse, or severe corrosion exists, additional work may be required. Clients will be informed before proceeding.
Payment terms will be communicated on the quotation or invoice. Full payment may be required upon completion of work unless otherwise agreed.
Cancellations after scheduling may result in call-out or inspection fees, especially where travel and preparation have already occurred.
